Delivery Policy

We aim to despatch orders for delivery within 2 days. Where possible if orders are placed before 1pm, next day delivery can be requested. Free delivery when you spend £100 or more.

Deliveries are free of charge within Gloucestershire, Monmouthshire, Bath, Bristol, Herefordshire, Malvern, Worcestershire, and Wales with no minimum order charge.

Orders outside the above areas will be subject to a £9.99 + VAT carriage charge.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order, or return unused items from your order, please notify us within 14 days of your delivery. This may incur a cost depending on location of collection.

Once goods have been returned to us, a credit will be provided.

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used, unless there is a fault with the product provided.
